Stand-Up Pouches

‍Matte or Gloss finishes are available, and quantities as small as 100.

Our custom Stand Up Pouches come with a resealable zipper and tear notch for effortless opening. Located 1.25-1.5" from the top edges of the pouch, depending on the pouch size.

‍Hang holes are also an option with up to two size choices:

Our custom Lay-Flat Pouches come with a resealable zipper for effortless opening. Located 1.25-1.5" from the top edges of the pouch, depending on the pouch size.

‍Tear notches are included on every pouch.

‍Hang holes are also an option with up to two sizes choices: ‍

Stand-up pouches are measured as Width (W) x Length (L) x Gusset (G).

Lay-flat pouches are measured as Width (W) x Length (L).

The closure is always located along the top (width) dimension.

When determining the size you need for your product type, consider that space is needed below the closure to allow for it to remain secure. The amount of space needed will vary by the type and weight of product in the pouch. There are, unfortunately, no hard and fast rules for this, so we suggest that you test and judge based on similar pouches and products in your industry.

Clear Film

It is constructed using 48ga PET 3mil barrier COEX, considered a high barrier film, and has excellent puncture resistance. This is an ideal choice for durable pouch applications requiring barrier properties. It uses Clear EVOH sealant, making it an excellent barrier against oxygen, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, and helium. The oxygen supply is almost completely cut off, extending food products' shelf life and protecting their nutrients against bacteria.

Metallized Film

It is constructed using 48ga MPET + 3mil PE- This makes the material opaque which does not allow light inside. The moderate barrier and lightweight qualities make these pouches a great alternative to foil and clear pouch materials. The EVOH film is used in our multilayer technology as a barrier layer and protective layer and is of central importance in the food packaging industry, making food last longer as this layer serves as a heat barrier that keeps the food warm.

White Film

It is constructed using 48ga PET 3mil barrier COEX, considered a high barrier film, and has excellent puncture resistance. This is an ideal choice for durable pouch applications where barrier properties are required. It uses White EVOH sealant, making it an excellent barrier against oxygen, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, and helium. The oxygen supply is almost completely cut off, extending food products' shelf life and protecting their nutrients against bacteria.
