Self-sealing mailer boxes are the easiest choice for e-commerce packaging. Made of sturdy corrugated cardboard, they protect your products throughout their journey.

Styled similarly to a mailer box without dust flaps, the self-sealing mailer also leaves off the tuck-in "ears" in favor of a peel-off glue strip. This does double-duty in closing the box and ensuring that is isn't opened until it reaches the recipient. A handy zip tab below the glue strip makes opening it a breeze for your customer. No more tape obscuring your messaging and needing to be cut on the customer's end.

The self-sealing mailer has high crush resistance, protecting your shipped items so they arrivie intact.

This style has one tear strip, but our Self-Sealing EZ-Return Mailer has a second strip that your customer can use to re-seal the mailer for a return trip.

Premium White

Our brightest coated white outside and inside with matte finish. A combination of our whitest material for high-end packaging with our food-safe true water-based inks.

Standard White (aka Mottled White or Oyster White)

Mottled white outside and inside with a matte finish. Uncoated white, with natural kraft undertones. Our most popular white corrugated cardboard combined with food-safe true water-based inks.

Kraft

Uncoated, unbleached natural kraft surface. Brown outside and inside with matte finish. UV LED inks. Inks may appear lighter or darker than their CMYK color value on kraft material.

How to Measure your Box

Box dimensions correspond to the interior dimensions and are listed as Length (L) x Width (W) x Depth (D)

Length (L) is measured left to right
Width (W) is measured front to back
Depth (D) is measured top to bottom

Maximum dimensions:

12" (L) x 11" (W) x 6" (D) (Premium White only)
