Available in 7 sizes to choose from, we made it easier for you to get custom-printed poly mailers according to your brand. It also has an easy-to-use self-sealing tab that makes it tamper-proof.
We use 2.85 mil white plastic material that is lightweight but durable, so you are sure that your products will reach their destination safely and securely.
Artwork Guidelines:
• No artwork with colored backgrounds (when the background is filled with mono or multi-color tones)
• No color poly mailers available. The default color of the material is greyish-white.
• We don’t offer black poly mailers
• No White color print available with the CMYK method
• File should be .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif
• No artwork where it's covered by the flap
• Artworks must be adjusted to meet the requirements above

Yes, you can. The unit price (price of one box) decreases as you order more. PackM is happy to pass on savings to customers when it costs us less to produce.

We use a secure payment processor called Stripe and do not store customer credit card data on our servers. Stripe's advanced technology allows customers to save their payment information for future use. If you need a payment method that we don't currently offer, please contact our customer service team.
Yes, we will. PackM checks 100% of customer files, both those designed online and those uploaded, to ensure they are print-ready. Our packaging prepress experts carefully inspect every file, conducting over 50 different checks. If there are any issues that need adjustment to meet our production requirements, we can make micro-adjustments. If we encounter a problem that we can't fix, such as low-resolution images or missing font files, we will contact you to discuss how to fix the artwork. You can trust that your box will be printed with excellent quality.
Absolutely. If you have a complete artwork file that is print-ready, feel free to upload it. PackM carefully checks all files, and if anything is off, we will reach out to you.

All of PackM's products are produced in the United States. To minimize shipping costs, we produce boxes at the facility closest to the shipping destination.
1-color poly mailers are great for businesses that want to cut down their shipping costs. Because poly mailers are lighter and more space-efficient than boxes, they don’t cost as much to ship.
This packaging should be enough to protect non-fragile items during transport. And because they’re waterproof, you can rest easy knowing that your products are safe from water damage. It also protects products from dust while they’re in storage.
It has a peel-and-seal design which makes poly mailers so practical and convenient to use.
As for the customers, they like poly mailers because they’re easy to open and discard. They take up way less space in the trash compared to other types of packaging.
There are differences between full-color poly mailers and 1-color poly mailers.
First, the size options are different. Full-color poly mailer provides three size options while 1-color has seven. The smallest one would be 7.5 x 10.5 in. while the largest would be 24 x 24 in.
The materials used are not the same too. A full-color poly mailer uses 2.7 mil. white plastic. It’s 2.85 mil. white plastic for 1-color. However, both materials are durable enough for shipping so that shouldn’t be a concern.
You can choose to print full-color poly mailers horizontally or vertically. 1-color poly mailers don’t have that option.
There are other custom-branded mailers you could use to send items to customers.
If you need to send fragile items but like how poly mailers look and function, then you can try our bubble mailers instead.
Or if you need to ship items that can easily fold or crumple, then you should print rigid mailers. These are great for sending paperwork like contracts and similar documents.
