Our Custom Snap Lock Bottom Shipping Boxes use corrugated material and offer enhanced product protection.
The purpose of this style is quick assembly. Though the top flaps are just like our regular slotted container boxes, the bottom doesn’t require tape or pre-glue because it is designed to fold and seal itself.
Even better, snap lock bottoms are ideal for holding heavier weights than other styles of shipping boxes. The weight of the product locks the bottom flaps in place without the need for tape to achieve a secure and robust hold.
It’s a great option to save time on your fulfillment and save money long-term by eliminating the tape as well as labor costs.
Size restrictions:
- Length (L) needs to be equal to or greater than Width (W).
- Minimum dimensions: 3.5” (L) x 3.5” (W) x 2” (D)
