Flat hang tags have six size options. The smallest is 2 x 2 in. while the largest is 3 x 3 in. Only two sizes are available for folded hang tags — 3.25 x 4 in. (3.25 x 2 in. when folded) and 4 x 4 in. (4 x 2 in. when folded).
The hang hole positions are different too. With flat hang tags, you get to position them in the top left, right, or center. With folded tags, you only get to add hang holes in the top left corner.
The material options are the same for both: 100 lb. matte cover, 14 pt. gloss cover, 14 pt. uncoated, and 18 pt. premium kraft.
