There are two types of poly mailers that you can use to ship orders — 1-color and full-color.
Both types perform well as far as structural integrity is concerned. Their differences mostly boil down to customization options.
A full-color mailer comes in three sizes: 12 x 9.5 in., 14.25 x 12 in., and 19 x 13.5 in. It’s made from 2.7 mil. white plastic. You can print on one or both sides. There’s also an option that lets you select the orientation — vertical or horizontal.
1-color poly mailers have seven size options. The smallest one is 7.5 x 10.5 in. while the largest would be 24 x 24 in. The material used to print 1-color poly mailers is 2.85 mil. white plastic. Again, you have the option to print on one or both sides but the design can’t have more than one color.

Artwork Guidelines:
• No artwork with colored backgrounds (when the background is filled with mono or multi-color tones)
• No color poly mailers available. The default color of the material is greyish-white.
• We don’t offer black poly mailers
• No White color print available with the CMYK method
• File should be .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif
• No artwork where it's covered by the flap
• Artworks must be adjusted to meet the requirements above
FULL-COLOR POLY MAILER
Full color poly mailers are another great choice to protect your products while also creating a strong brand identity through visually appealing packaging.
